The short version. What you type into the enquiry form or the assistant goes to Kyle so he can reply. The site also uses Google's advertising tag, so Kings Touch can see which Google ads and which pages lead to enquiries. Your name, email and phone number are never sent to Google, and nothing is ever sold or traded.

There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no marketing list.
Google's advertising tag. Kings Touch advertises on Google. The site loads Google's tag (gtag.js), which sets Google cookies so that a visit arriving from one of those ads can be counted, along with whether it ended in an enquiry. Kings Touch sees totals (how many people came from an ad, which pages they read, how many sent an enquiry), not a profile of you. Google's handling of this is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can control ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com or block the cookies in your browser; the site works the same either way.
Where you came from. If you arrive from an ad, the site keeps the ad's click code and the
page you landed on in your browser (an entry called ktp-attr, for 90 days). It is sent along
only if you send an enquiry, so Kyle can tell which ads bring real work.
What ad visitors do here. For 30 days after arriving from one of those ads, the site also tells Kyle which of its pages you opened, roughly how long you spent and how far down you scrolled, and whether you opened the quote form, tapped call or text, or sent the form. It is tied to the ad's click code and a random number that lasts only while the tab is open: no cookie, no name, no address, no IP. Nothing is sent for visitors who did not come from an ad, or if your browser is set to "do not track".
The opening animation. Two short-lived entries remember that you have already seen the intro and which page you are moving to, so the animation does not replay. They are discarded when you close the tab.
Two things happen simply because the site is on the internet, and it would be misleading not to mention them. The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep short-lived request logs that include IP addresses, and serves the site's photographs. Some images are served from Supabase Storage, which likewise sees the request for each image. Neither is used by Kings Touch to build any picture of you.
Enquiries are kept while Kyle is in touch with you about the work, and afterwards as part of the ordinary records of the job. Ask and it will be deleted, unless it has to be retained as a business record.
Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act you may ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and withdraw consent for its use. Use the phone number or email above. If you are not satisfied with the response you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
